South Pier Lofts

South Pier Place was a renovation and addition to a historic building in downtown Springfield, Missouri. This four-story renovation includes: 7,000 square feet of retails space on the first floor, seven high-end condos on the upper two floors, with two of them being penthouse suites with roof gardens, and a parking garage in the basement.
