Steven W. Warlick

Steven W. Warlick, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP – President

Mr. Warlick is the principal and President of Bates & Associates Architects and a lead designer for the firm. He will also be personally involved in your project from the initial stages of design to the final punch-list. Mr. Warlick began his education at Missouri State University after ten years construction experience and five years military service. He later graduated from Drury University with a degree in Architecture and has been with Bates & Associates since graduating in 1999. Mr. Warlickís accreditation of LEED AP will assist in employment of sustainability ideals, striving to balance initial cost of building components with the complete life cycle cost and the resulting pay backs associated for each project.
