Bates and Associates is designing a $26 million retail development for S.G. Property Management that will begin construction is the summer of 2012. The mixed development will feature B&B Movie Theatres and a 50,000 square foot retail shopping center.

Bates and Associates was intrusted by OTC to design their new Waynesville Education Center. The 10,300 square foot facility, featuring state-of-the-art classrooms, will be open in time for fall classes in August.
